FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS: What You Must Deliver

Verified Identity & Skills

You must provide valid identification and evidence of skill or past work during onboarding.

Respect the Client’s Time & Space

Be on time. Dress appropriately. Never show up without confirming first. Respect the client’s home and boundaries.

Deliver What You Promised

Stick to the agreed scope of service. If adjustments are needed, communicate through KmerLink first.

4.

No Direct Deals or Contact Before Booking

You may only contact the client after the booking is confirmed. Going around the platform is a violation of our terms.

Maintain High Ratings to Stay Listed

We monitor reviews closely. Providers with low ratings, repeated complaints, or unprofessional behavior may be suspended.

What Happens When Standards Are Violated?

KmerLink investigates every complaint. Based on severity, we may:

Offer refunds or replacements to users

Temporarily suspend or permanently remove providers

Block users who abuse the system or behave inappropriately
