These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KmerLink platform, owned and operated by Caasitech Group. By using the site, booking a service, or signing up as a provider, you agree to these Terms in full.

Platform Overview

KmerLink is a service marketplace that connects users with verified service providers in Yaoundé, Douala, and Buea. The platform facilitates discovery, booking, and payment for a wide range of services.

2.

User Responsibilities

As a user (client), you agree to:

Provide accurate booking information and contact details

Pay the correct service fee at the time of booking

Treat service providers with respect and fairness

Use the platform in good faith, avoiding off-platform dealings or fraudulent requests

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in service refusal, cancellation, or account restrictions.

3.

Service Provider Responsibilities

As a service provider, you agree to:

Submit valid identification and verification documents

Deliver services as described and confirmed

Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and safety

Not contact clients outside the platform before booking confirmation

Accept that poor performance or complaints may lead to suspension

4.

Payments and Fees

KmerLink processes payments via MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, and PayPal.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received or verified.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and may be issued if service terms are not met.

5.

Privacy and Security

KmerLink values your privacy. We collect only necessary information and do not share your contact details until a booking is confirmed. All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6.

Cancellations and Disputes

Users may cancel bookings before confirmation without penalty.

Disputes must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

KmerLink acts as a neutral mediator in resolving complaints and has final authority on refund decisions.

7.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Attempt to bypass the platform to arrange services directly

Post false information or impersonate another individual

Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes

Harass or exploit users, providers, or staff

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from KmerLink.

8.

Limitation of Liability

KmerLink is not liable for:

Damages or losses resulting from provider performance

Delays or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

Unauthorized use of your phone or mobile payment details

While we vet providers, KmerLink is not the direct employer or manager of freelancers listed on the platform.

9.

Modifications

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any legal disputes will be resolved under Cameroonian jurisdiction.
